When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You must promptly notify 9betwin of any changes to your registration information by contacting the support team.
9betwin reserves the right to verify any information provided during registration at any time. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued for two-factor authentication. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you must notify 9betwin immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.
9betwin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials, unless such access was caused by a security failure on the part of 9betwin.
9betwin processes all player transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. Additional payment options may be made available from time to time, and these will be communicated via the platform's banking page.
Deposits are typically credited to a player's 9betwin account within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, and these limits are displayed at the point of deposit. 9betwin does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All funds deposited into a 9betwin account must originate from a payment method that is registered in the player's own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits made by a third party into your account, is strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of the KYC identity verification process. Where technically feasible, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Bonus funds credited to a player's account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. Where a player holds both real-money funds and bonus funds in their account, real-money funds will be used first in all wagering activity unless the player's account settings specify otherwise.
Not all games contribute equally toward meeting a bonus wagering requirement. Typically, slots contribute at a higher percentage than table games or live casino games. The exact game weighting applicable to each promotion is set out in the promotion's specific terms. Bets placed on games with a 0% contribution weighting will not count toward a wagering requirement under any circumstances.

Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to a bet being confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the platform, the odds at the time of acceptance apply and cannot be changed. 9betwin reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed, or determined to have been affected by match-fixing or other corrupt practices.
For cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — specific rules apply regarding Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes, player retirements, and over-reduction scenarios. These rules are detailed within the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform.
All RNG-based casino games on 9betwin use certified random number generators and are provided by independent third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel. 9betwin does not control the RNG of any third-party game and is not liable for any technical malfunction originating within a third-party game's software.
In the event of a system error, technical malfunction, or display error that results in an incorrect odds quotation, incorrect game result, or incorrect payout, 9betwin reserves the right to void the affected bets or transactions and return the relevant stakes to the players concerned. 9betwin will not be obligated to honour any payout that is the result of a manifest error, regardless of whether the error was made by the platform, a game provider, or a data feed supplier.
Players using 9betwin must at all times conduct themselves in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and in a manner that is lawful, honest, and respectful of other users and staff. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9betwin platform:

Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Where an account is closed by 9betwin due to a breach by the player, any funds in the account may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law and in proportion to the nature of the breach. 9betwin will provide the player with written notice of account closure and the reason for it wherever possible.

While the platform makes every reasonable effort to maintain a reliable, secure, and uninterrupted service, 9betwin does not warrant that the platform will be free of errors, interruptions, or technical malfunctions at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9betwin's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 9betwin account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

When material changes are made, 9betwin will provide registered players with reasonable advance notice via email to the address associated with their account, and the updated Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Where a player does not agree with any material change to these Terms & Conditions, they may close their account before the revised terms take effect without penalty. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised terms.
Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or additions of supplementary information that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of players — may be made without advance notice, though the updated version will always be available on this page.
